Saturday my Jeff Galloway workout asked for a 5 mile run. Did I do it? You better believe it!! It was a new life record for distance running for me (and Spencer)!
As for Sunday, on my rest day I caught the last half of the new Disney princess show, Sophia the First. It was darling.
